Processing Time

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Made-to-order items: Ship within 3–5 business days

  • Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 1–3 business days

Processing times do not include shipping time.

 

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS or other trusted carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays.

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or missing packages marked as delivered

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package.

 

Damaged Packages (Transit)

We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or applicable service). Be sure to keep all packaging and take photos for your claim.

 

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end (such as receiving the wrong item or a packaging-related issue), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
