All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged due to an issue with our packaging or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

If the damage is determined to be caused by our packaging or an error on our end, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping Damage Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., rough handling, delays, or transit-related issues).
If your package was damaged during transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
USPS prefers that the recipient file claims.
